Grand_Admiral_Kamin: The Emperor is away on a classified mission, and I will chair the meeting in his stead.
Grand_Admiral_Kamin: As I have been extraordinarily busy over the past week with unofficial business, I have made little mentionable progress on my Imperial Order work and have nothing to report today.
Grand_Admiral_Kamin: Grand Admiral Curgenven, any reports from the Information Office?
GA_Curgenven: Yes, just a quick update report
GA_Curgenven: I have been slowly working through the site converting it all to the new format and making sure that the things work
GA_Curgenven: I'd also like to remind you all that you only have 3 weeks to make sure that your Database Account is present before I process the payroll with the backpay

Grand_Admiral_Kamin: Admiral Jjerrows, any reports from the War Office?
AD_Jjerrows: Yes
AD_Jjerrows: All sites of the WO have been updated and are online now
AD_Jjerrows: aswell the 12th fleet pages andthe page of the flagship the ISD Protector are online
AD_Jjerrows: For the ladders and challanges some sites are already up aswell
AD_Jjerrows: unfortunately noone of the old WO staff has yet reported to my role call
AD_Jjerrows: last point: the WO will assist you, GA Kamin with the IO XWA project
AD_Jjerrows: thats all i have for today

Grand_Admiral_Kamin: Admiral Porteous, any reports from the Strategic Command Office?
AD_Max_Porteous: yes Sir
AD_Max_Porteous: like yourself I have been very busy with unofficial buisness
AD_Max_Porteous: Pilot status is still minimal. I will prepare a more detailed report on this when we have finished rounding them up.
AD_Max_Porteous: The SCO domain is up and running, and my first task will be to update IOmIRC as our existing version is somewhat dated now. I have made some substantial changes to the script to make it more useable, as well as removing some redundant elements. The hope is that the new script will be easier to use than the old one while retaining all the useful elements.
AD_Max_Porteous: I will also be working on websites for the SCO and my own personal site.
AD_Max_Porteous: When that has been completed, I will begin work on updating IDEV courses relevant to game editing. This will take some time and I will report updates when they are available.
AD_Max_Porteous: Finally, I will be on leave these next two weeks. My online presence will be minimal during this time, so do not worry if I do not respond immediately to communications.

RA_Shadow: yes sir a few points.
RA_Shadow: 1) UPDATE OF EXISTING SITE
RA_Shadow: atm i have been studying director and flash for my degree course, and i will be upgrading the site using some of my new knowledge to make it more interactive
RA_Shadow: hopefully i can begin structuring the office more and start to add some tutorials for design
RA_Shadow: 2) UPDATE OF MEDALS
RA_Shadow: the emperor has asked me to update most of the medals in the database, in the next few weeks - ill post the new medals up on the holonet for everyone to critque and show how i can improve them
RA_Shadow: and lastly, although for the past 4-5 months my presence has beeen the bare minimal, i now have the free timeto be able to successfully complete all my objectives - expect to see alot more of me :)
